You can protect your business from Employment Tribunal claims by including our legal expenses insurance policy as part of your Lawrite HR service package.

The policy is included as part of Lawrite Employment Law Plus and the Lawrite Managed HR service.

You will be covered for legal defence costs, and the cover also includes certain compensatory awards.

You can get up to £100,000 cover per claim (maximum five claims a year).

Tribunal representation will be arranged if required.

The Tribunals Service annual report for 2008 reports a 30 per cent increase in claims to Employment Tribunals during 2007-08.
