Lawrite Managed HR

The Lawrite Managed HR service provides individual document drafting by lawyers and a high level of employment law and HR support from lawyers working for our associated law firm.

For Lawrite Managed HR clients all document drafting and updating is carried out by an assigned solicitor, who will review existing documents and procedures used, before producing individual employment contracts for all employees and a complete staff handbook, including a health and safety statement.

The assigned solicitor will then be available to provide further legal and HR support for the customer when needed, by telephone e-mail, and on site if required.

The Managed HR service will usually also include insurance-backed protection from the defence costs of Employment Tribunal claims and other legal proceedings.

Managed HR customers also get access to our legal advice line for additional support if their assigned lawyer is not available, and a copy of our Employment Law Software for law guides and other documents.
